Data deletion instructions

Nudge is operated by GOLDMINE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. To request deletion of personal data held by Nudge, including data received through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, email goldmineinfotech@gmail.com with the subject “Nudge data deletion request”. You do not need to sign in to make a request.

• Tell us the email address or WhatsApp number associated with your data, including the country code for a phone number.
• If known, include the workspace or business name and explain whether you are requesting deletion of your account, a workspace, or particular personal data.
• Send only the information needed to identify your request. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

We may verify your identity and, for workspace requests, your authority to act for the business before deleting data. We will reply by email with any information needed to process your request and notify you of the outcome. You can ask for an update by replying to the same email thread.

If your data belongs to a business using Nudge, contact that business directly where possible. We process its customer data on its instructions and will direct or forward the request to the responsible business where appropriate.

We handle verified requests within the time limits required by applicable law. If a request cannot be completed in full, we will explain the reason and any applicable next steps.

Depending on your verified request and our role, deletion may cover account information, contact details, message history, and related personal data in the relevant Nudge workspace. Export any records you need before requesting workspace deletion.

Data may be retained where required for legal or accounting obligations, security, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Data removed from live systems may remain in protected backups until their normal rotation. Retained data remains subject to appropriate access restrictions.

Deleting data from Nudge does not delete messages already delivered to recipients or records independently held by Meta, WhatsApp or the business you contacted. Those records are subject to their respective controls and policies.
