Accepted Answer

Starter: AI replies, lead details, a team inbox, contacts and campaigns, with 750 AI credits a month. Growth: everything in Starter, plus bookings, payment links, follow-ups, supported CRM connections and your own AI key, with 2,500 credits. Pro: everything in Growth, plus voice calls and custom actions, with 4,000 credits and 100 voice minutes. See Pricing for monthly prices in INR, SGD or USD.

Question 3

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free trial lasts 7 days and gives you 100 AI replies, with every feature except phone calls. No card needed. Bookings, payments, campaigns and follow-ups all work on a test WhatsApp inbox, so nothing reaches real customers. When you choose a plan, we connect your WhatsApp number.

Question 4

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Standard setup is free. Every plan includes help connecting WhatsApp. On Growth and Pro, we also help set up your business details, message templates and connections. Big custom work is priced separately.

Question 5

Are WhatsApp message costs included?

Accepted Answer

No. Meta, the company behind WhatsApp, charges for some messages. You pay these through your own Meta account. Replies sent within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free. Other messages cost different amounts by message type and country. Extra AI use and extra voice minutes are paid in advance. Payment or phone companies you connect may also charge fees.

Question 6

Does Nudge follow WhatsApp’s rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nudge uses WhatsApp’s official API from Meta. Marketing messages only go to people who agreed to get them. After 24 hours, Nudge only sends messages WhatsApp has approved. If someone replies STOP, they get no more marketing. You are responsible for correct business details and for getting customers’ permission.

Question 7

Can my whole team use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter has 3 seats, Growth has 10 and Pro has 25. Your team can share the inbox, assign chats, add notes and take over from the AI. On Growth and above, you can also limit a team member to certain WhatsApp numbers.

Question 8

Will it work for my business?

Accepted Answer

If customers ask you questions on WhatsApp, it can help. That includes shops, schools, property and local services. Tell us what you sell, what customers ask and what should happen next. We will help you check if it is a good fit.

Question 9

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

You can start testing answers as soon as you add your business details. Going live depends on your WhatsApp account, your phone number and any calendar, payment or CRM you connect. Our team will tell you the steps and how long they take.

Question 10

How is my data handled?

Accepted Answer

Each business’s data is kept separate. Team members only see what their role allows. We use other companies to run Nudge and its AI. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who processes it and how to ask us to delete it.
