Message timing and template preflight

WhatsApp 24-hour window and template checker

Check whether a free-form reply is available or an approved template is required, then preflight an optional draft for common problems.

Start from the customer’s last message

Nothing entered here is sent or stored. The timing decision and draft checks run only in your browser.

Who sent the most recent message?

A business reply never restarts the customer-service window.

Use the customer’s message time even if your team or automation replied later.

Message decision

Add the customer's last-message time

The service window is measured from the customer's most recent message, so the checker cannot infer it from a business reply.

Preflight an optional template draft

This catches a small set of common structural and wording risks. It does not submit the message to Meta.

Optional. Use numbered placeholders such as {{1}} and {{2}}.

Draft checks

Paste a draft to check length, placeholder order, opt-out language, pressure wording and category fit.

Important limits before you send

Only a new customer message starts a new 24-hour customer-service window. A business reply or template message does not restart it.

Marketing consent is still required. Honour STOP permanently and use only the official Meta Cloud API.

This checker does not guarantee approval. Meta makes the final template approval and category decision, and its rules can change.

Make safe follow-up part of the complete workflow

Nudge tracks the customer-service window, uses approved templates outside it, enforces consent and cancels stale follow-ups when a lead replies.
